Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of digital marketing professionals and overseeing the development and implementation of our digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management

The Digital Marketing Director will manage a team of TLs, Senior SEOs, and Junior SEOs, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their tasks efficiently.

Clients Servicing and Relations

The Digital Marketing Director will be responsible for managing client servicing and relations, ensuring that our clients are satisfied with our services and that we maintain a strong relationship with them.

Project Coordination

The Digital Marketing Director will coordinate activities for the client between multiple departments, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Performance Monitoring

The Digital Marketing Director will closely monitor the performance of the client's website on a regular basis and suggest troubleshooting measures in case of issues.

Client Review Meetings

The Digital Marketing Director will coordinate client review meetings, ensuring that our clients are informed about the progress of their projects and that their expectations are met.

Quality Assurance

The Digital Marketing Director will ensure high levels of quality for client requirements, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards.

Client Retention

The Digital Marketing Director will ensure client retention, working closely with our sales team to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services.

Project Timelines

The Digital Marketing Director will ensure timely execution of projects, working closely with our project management team to ensure that projects are completed on time.

Client Reporting

The Digital Marketing Director will ensure timely reporting for clients, providing them with regular updates on the progress of their projects.

Communication Channels

The Digital Marketing Director will keep communication channels open between the client, our SEO team members, and our Business Development team, ensuring that everyone is informed and aligned.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Thorough Understanding of SEO

You will need to possess a thorough understanding of SEO and organic search methods, as well as a thorough knowledge of Web Analytics and Webmaster tools.

Staying Abreast of Industry Trends

You will need to stay abreast of algorithmic updates and the latest trends, tools, and techniques followed in internet marketing.

Bachelor's Degree

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as digital marketing or communications, is preferred but not required.
