We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Luxury Hotel Sales Director to join our team.

Job Summary

The Senior Luxury Hotel Sales Director will be responsible for managing a portfolio of travel partners and corporates in various markets, with the primary goal of driving sales revenue growth and maximizing profitability.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage a network of 100-150 travel partners, including DMCs and TAs, to secure business contracts and negotiate rates and packages.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers in corporates and embassies to promote our luxury hotel offerings.
  • Maintain a high level of visibility and engagement through regular sales calls, emails, and other communication channels to stay ahead of competitors.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth across all segments.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Analyze market data and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in luxury hotel sales, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.

What We Offer

SUJÁN offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and generous paid time off.
