Job Overview

We are currently seeking a full-time Senior Business Development Associate to join our team at Aimlay Pvt Ltd. This role will involve generating leads, conducting market research, and delivering presentations to potential clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, focusing on B2C and B2B markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in B2C and B2B markets
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to identify new sales opportunities
  • Presentation skills: deliver engaging presentations to potential clients to secure deals
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and negotiation
  • Negotiate and close deals, handling objections effectively
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and improve results

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar role as a Senior Business Development Associate or Admission Counsellor
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth

Compensation Package

The estimated salary range for this position is ₹8-12 lakhs per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
