As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading sales efforts, building relationships with decision-makers, and achieving monthly targets while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive new business growth for our Agile, AI, and other training programs.
- Connect with decision-makers in businesses, understand their needs, and position our offerings as the best solution.
- Achieve sales goals by meeting or exceeding monthly targets while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Earn attractive incentives for every deal closed and client onboarded.
- Collaborate closely with our marketing and delivery teams to create compelling offers and expand our market reach.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A proven track record in sales with 3+ years of experience in B2B or training-related industries.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to think strategically and identify business opportunities.
- A self-driven and target-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of Agile and AI training markets is a plus, but passion and willingness to learn are key.
