Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Development Associate to join our Inside Sales team at Aimlay in New Delhi. This full-time on-site role involves tasks such as lead generation, market research, creating engaging presentations, and effective communication to drive business growth and sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads through targeted marketing efforts
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs
  • Develop compelling presentations to showcase products and services
  • Maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication

Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Strong presentation skills and experience with presentations
  • Effective communication skills for successful business development
  • Previous experience in inside sales or business development
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹850,000 - ₹1,050,000 (dependent on experience). This figure reflects the current market conditions and industry standards for a Senior Business Development Associate in New Delhi.
