Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Development Associate to join our Inside Sales team at Aimlay in New Delhi. This full-time on-site role involves tasks such as lead generation, market research, creating engaging presentations, and effective communication to drive business growth and sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through targeted marketing efforts
- Analyze market trends and customer needs
- Develop compelling presentations to showcase products and services
- Maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication
Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Strong presentation skills and experience with presentations
- Effective communication skills for successful business development
- Previous experience in inside sales or business development
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Salary Information
The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹850,000 - ₹1,050,000 (dependent on experience). This figure reflects the current market conditions and industry standards for a Senior Business Development Associate in New Delhi.
