Global Sales Director

Ample is a pioneering retail and technology leader in India, with over two decades of experience in delivering innovative solutions to corporate clients and individual consumers. We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead our Inside Sales team and drive business growth.
About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned professional with 7+ years of Inside Sales Leadership experience in the IT and technology space. As an Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team, driving revenue growth, and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the Inside Sales team and deliverables
* Own the Inside Sales process from generation, follow-up to closure
* Guide the team to nurture leads into accounts and grow share of wallet in accounts
* Set and track sales targets for your team aligned to the overall qualified targets
* Set the pace for outbound efforts to ensure faster delivery of qualified leads and efficient conversions
* Track quality of conversations, lead quality, and other metrics to ensure adherence to standards that will lead to attainment of sales goals every quarter
* Track and analyze data for each ISR and create improvement metrics
* Mentor and train the team as required to improve conversions
* Work closely with marketing and product teams
Desired Profile
* 7+ years prior experience in leading the Inside Sales Engine/Team
* B2B experience especially in pitching IT hardware and software products to diverse audiences and managing teams that do so
* Proven capability in delivering qualified sales opportunities and meeting sales targets globally
