We are seeking an experienced Sales Director for EdTech Expansion to lead our sales team in achieving aggressive growth targets. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business expansion, developing strategic partnerships, and building a high-performing sales organization.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, particularly in the EdTech sector. You will possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to coach and motivate your team to meet and exceed targets. A bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our marketing teams to design campaigns that support sales efforts and explore new markets and sales channels to increase revenue streams. You will also be responsible for generating and presenting sales performance reports with actionable insights to senior management.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 per annum, based on experience, as well as performance-based incentives and opportunities for professional growth and leadership development within the company.
