Job Overview:
We're seeking an ambitious Education Revolutionist to join our team as an EdTech Sales Expert. As a key player in our sales department, you'll be responsible for connecting with potential customers, building relationships, and driving sales growth. Your primary focus will be on presenting our products to new and existing users, maintaining connections through outbound calls and mailers, and collaborating with teammates to close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present company products to new and old users
- Connect and counsel potential customers
- Maintain connections with prospects through outbound calls, mailers, etc.
- Collaborate with teammates to close sales
- Maintain database and records of prospects in CRM
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience in sales and business development or relevant roles
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on experience with CRM handling and CTI
- Excel knowledge would be an added advantage
- Thorough understanding of sales and negotiating techniques
- Self-motivated with a result-driven approach
- Flexible schedule
- Minimum graduation degree from any recognized university
Preferred Qualifications:
A minimum of 0-4 years of experience in inside sales within the EdTech industry would be preferred. Knowledge of additional languages such as Hindi or other regional dialects would also be an asset.
Salary: We offer a competitive salary range of ₹8,00,000 - ₹12,00,000 per annum based on your qualifications and experience. This includes a comprehensive benefits package, opportunities for professional growth, and a dynamic work environment.
