Job Summary: Global B2B Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced Global B2B Sales Director to drive our international sales strategy and expand our customer base across global markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in driving B2B sales in emerging markets, with a strong understanding of technology platforms and their application in business operations.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve international sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with global clients and partners
- Manage a team of sales professionals to ensure successful execution of sales plans
- Analyze complex data and develop actionable insights to inform sales strategies
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

Requirements & Qualifications:

- 1-2 years of experience in team management and international sales, with a strong record of driving B2B sales in industries such as SaaS, logistics, or e-commerce
- A demonstrated ability to build relationships with global clients and close sales deals in different markets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultural and regional differences
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights to inform sales strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field

Compensation & Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $160,000 per year, based on qualifications and international experience.
