Sales Team Director

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Director to lead our international sales efforts for Flash Delivery. This role involves driving B2B sales across global markets, targeting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base internationally, helping businesses enhance their operations with instant delivery capabilities.
This position requires a strategic advisor who can present the value of our flash delivery platform to prospective clients, showcasing its benefits for business logistics and delivery capabilities. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather client feedback and implement continuous improvements to the product and services.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to achieve international sales targets by identifying and nurturing business relationships across multiple regions.
- Present and demonstrate the value of our flash delivery platform to prospective clients, highlighting its ability to enhance their business operations.
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients, offering ongoing support and insights on optimizing their use of the platform to boost business efficiency.
- Maintain a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs in different countries to drive product innovation and international expansion.
You Should Have:
- 1-2 years of experience in team management and international sales, with a strong record of driving B2B sales in industries such as SaaS, logistics, or e-commerce.
- A demonstrated ability to build relationships with global clients and close sales deals in different markets.
- A thorough understanding of technology platforms and their application in business operations, enabling you to effectively communicate product benefits to potential customers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultural and regional differences.
- A highly motivated and result-driven mindset, eager to expand business growth in new international markets.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and international experience.
