Overview

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to oversee our sales operations in the northern region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and a strategic mindset.

Responsibilities
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships at accounts, including Heads of Departments, Procurement, Doctors, and Nursing staff.
  • Develop and execute mid to long-term strategies for key accounts.
  • Play an integral role in new business pitches and offer turnkey PENTAX portfolio solutions to potential clients.
  • Develop and achieve sales targets for assigned accounts.
  • Focus on increasing the installed base of PENTAX equipment and expanding product footprints.
  • Act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant territories.
  • Deliver sales results versus plan on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Execute a solution-based, proactive, and comprehensive territory business plan based on customer segmentation to map PENTAX solutions with identified needs.
  • Conduct internal and external account business reviews to measure, evaluate, and present sales performance; provide annual future growth opportunities.
  • Work with customers and internal teams on account financial management, including gross and promo margin management, trade spend efficiency, and overall customer funding management.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in Account Management or Territory Sales with a success-oriented attitude.
  • Strong account management and relationship-building skills.
  • Preferably at least 4 years of experience working in a medical device company.
  • Highly self-motivated and independent.
  • Strategic and analytical business mindset.
Salary:

$80,000 - $110,000 per year.
