Senior Sales Director for EdTech Expansion

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Director to lead our EdTech expansion efforts. In this role, you will drive sales growth by developing and implementing innovative strategies tailored to the EdTech sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as per organizational goals
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales interns to achieve collective objectives
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential leads through effective networking and relationship management
- Develop and implement sales strategies that meet customer needs effectively
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design campaigns that support sales efforts
Requirements:
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in leadership roles (preferably in EdTech)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to coach and motivate team members to meet targets
- Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven decision-making
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary range for this position is ₹1,200,000 - ₹2,500,000 per annum, depending on experience.
