Job Title: Senior Sales Executive
Salary Estimate: ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
We seek a dynamic sales professional to join our team as a Senior Sales Executive. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales, enhancing customer experiences, and contributing to our overall business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, provide comprehensive product information, and address inquiries effectively.
- Sales Promotion: Actively promote sales, promotions, and loyalty programs to boost sales figures.
- Inventory Management: Efficiently restock shelves, arrange displays, and report low stock levels.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
- Transaction Processing: Accurately process payments, handle returns, and manage customer transactions.
- Security and Compliance: Monitor the sales floor, report suspicious activity if any, and adhere to security policies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 3-4 years of experience in sales or customer service industry.
- Strong numerical skills for accurate calculations of taxes and discounts.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
- Problem-solving abilities to handle customer concerns effectively.
