Company Overview: Propel Industries Private Limited is a leading manufacturer of equipment, seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Strategy Director to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.
Job Description: As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and executing sales and marketing strategies, developing sales forecasts, and managing the sales pipeline. Your role will involve strong collaboration with external distributors, internal teams, and a focus on building effective customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Target Achievement: Achieve agreed sales targets in both corporate and retail segments.
- Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop detailed sales plans and objectives for the customer base in HM & PU + J&K regions.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive profitable partnerships.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market mapping and identify new business development opportunities.
- Revenue Growth: Drive top-line revenue through personalized customer service and value-based selling.
- Coordination for Customer Service: Collaborate with project, spare parts, and service teams to ensure seamless customer service and issue resolution.
- Team Collaboration: Foster a team-oriented environment across all levels, working closely with peers, management, and dealer networks.
- Aftermarket Support: Address aftermarket issues and ensure timely resolution to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular status updates on business activities, growth opportunities, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Compliance and Integrity: Ensure that all activities align with company values, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 5-8 years of experience in direct or dealer sales, preferably within the crushing and screening industry.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
- The ability to handle market analysis, business development, and collaborate effectively across teams.
Salary: ₹25,00,000 - ₹30,00,000 per annum (estimated).
