About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced marketing professional with a proven track record in managing cross-functional teams, developing data-driven strategies, and executing integrated marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing tools, platforms, and strategies, as well as excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy Development: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels to support business objectives.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns, from concept to execution, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support for career growth.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve marketing goals while optimizing spend for maximum ROI.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience: 15+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5-8 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills. Excellent knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and strategies (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, email automation, social media).
