We are looking for a talented Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Equinox Solutions. As a seasoned professional with 12+ years of experience, you will be responsible for managing key accounts and driving sales growth in the hospitality and corporate sectors.

**Job Description:**

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and expand the company's presence in the regional market.
  • Manage key accounts, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Oversee the successful execution of turnkey projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and timelines.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including sales forecasts, budgets, and project cost analysis.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on sales performance, account status, and project progress.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in sales and account management, ideally in providing turnkey solutions for commercial kitchens or similar industries.
  • Strong numerical aptitude with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • High level of initiative, self-motivation, and the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects concurrently.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed within the region.

The estimated salary for this role is ₹80-120 Lakhs per annum.
