Tech Sales Business Developer

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager to play a crucial role in our IT recruiting firm. This position involves identifying potential clients, initiating contact, and scheduling meetings for our sales team.
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in B2B appointment setting, with a strong background in IT staffing. They will be responsible for conducting outbound calls, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting proactive outreach to clients to introduce our IT recruiting services
- Qualifying leads by understanding their hiring needs and interest in our offerings
- Scheduling appointments for the sales team with qualified leads
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and scheduled appointments in the CRM
- Collaborating closely with the sales and recruiting teams to ensure smooth transitions
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in B2B appointment setting
- IT staffing experience is a must
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Experience with HubSpot and ZoomInfo is a plus
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple leads and follow-ups
Salary and Benefits:
