Agri-Tech Business Development Manager

Job Purpose:
The primary goal of this role is to drive business growth and profitability by managing key accounts, optimizing product listings, and implementing effective marketing strategies on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key e-commerce players, negotiate favorable terms, and ensure seamless collaboration.
- Product Listing and Optimization: Ensure accurate and engaging product listings across all e-commerce platforms, optimize titles, descriptions, and images for improved search visibility, and closely monitor product rankings.
- Marketing and Promotions: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, including promotions, discounts, and digital campaigns, to boost sales and brand awareness.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, prevent stockouts, and optimize inventory allocation to maximize sales.
- Sales Analysis and Reporting: Track sales performance, generate regular reports, and analyze market trends to identify opportunities.
Salary Range: ₹15 Lakh - ₹25 Lakh per annum
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and their dynamics.
- Proven track record in managing key accounts and driving sales growth.
- Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead projects effectively.
Candidates from FMCG Food backgrounds are highly preferred.
