Sales Development Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team and play a critical role in driving business growth through proactive outreach and client engagement.
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in B2B appointment setting, preferably in recruitment or IT services, with a proven track record of success in qualifying leads and scheduling appointments for sales teams.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls and proactively engage with prospective clients to introduce Progile Tech's IT recruiting services.
- Qualify leads by understanding their hiring needs and interest in our offerings.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and recruiting teams to ensure smooth transitions and maximize business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Experience with HubSpot and ZoomInfo is highly valued, but not required.
- Able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently, with a keen eye for detail.
