About the Role:
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, exploring new business opportunities.
- Present and recommend products, technology, and services to customers.
- Handle sales-related duties, including sales contracts and quotations.
- Support and coordinate with team members and concerned parties in the company for closing sales.
- Preferably, have experience in traditional water treatment, paper industry, low and high-pressure boilers, influent/effluent waste water treatment, and cooling tower treatment.
- Water tech will consider related experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire marketing operations and develop the team to promote sales and meet the specific requirements of clients.
- Handle pre and post-sales operations.
- Monitor recovery and agreements.
- Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan.
- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.
- Make and follow SOPs (standard operating procedures) for effective sales, payment of brokerages, and ensure their adherence.
- Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationship.
- The right candidate is an excellent communicator with understanding of complex technologies and benefits for clients.
- They have a proven ability to sell and a keen eye for new opportunities and skills for presenting them effectively to clients.
- The responsibilities will be to generate, develop, and close sales opportunities.
