Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Branch Manager to lead our day-to-day operations in Vietnam. The successful candidate will manage partnerships, quality, shipments, and logistics, driving business growth and profitability in this key market.

Main Responsibilities

  • Business Operations: Develop and implement the Rubber strategy for Vietnam, working with cross-functional teams to achieve volume and profitability targets.
  • Finance Management: Oversee counterparty/credit exposure, pricing strategies, forwards/futures/hedging, and working capital management to ensure optimal financial performance.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, suppliers, and customers, to drive business success and align with overall company strategy.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a high-performing team, ensuring they are aligned with the company's vision and goals.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven track record in managing sales, marketing, supply chain, or distribution roles in emerging markets.
  • Qualifications: MBA from a top-tier institution or equivalent, with 4-6 years of experience.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, ability to operate in an international business environment, and knowledge of micro and macroeconomic factors.
