  4. Collaborate closely with the sales team to optimize lead handoffs, provide insights on lead quality, and meet shared goals.">
  5. Design and implement marketing campaigns to engage, educate, and nurture inbound prospects through the buyer's journey.">
  6. Use data to track, analyze, and optimize demand generation efforts, making informed adjustments to improve conversion rates.">

Requirements:

  • 9+ years of experience in inbound demand generation, specifically in B2B SaaS; experience with HCM or HR Tech products is preferred.">
  • Experience in handling large-ticket sales, with a record of success in generating high-quality leads for premium products.">
  • Proven experience in leading a demand generation or marketing team, with strong mentoring and motivational skills.">
  • Prior experience in implementing multi-geography strategies, with an understanding of regional market nuances.">
  • Comfortable in a target-driven environment, with a history of consistently meeting and exceeding KPIs.">
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Market) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).">
  • Analytical mindset with experience in using tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI.">
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.">

Compensation Package:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 depending on qualifications and location.
