Requirements:
">- 9+ years of experience in inbound demand generation, specifically in B2B SaaS; experience with HCM or HR Tech products is preferred.">
- Experience in handling large-ticket sales, with a record of success in generating high-quality leads for premium products.">
- Proven experience in leading a demand generation or marketing team, with strong mentoring and motivational skills.">
- Prior experience in implementing multi-geography strategies, with an understanding of regional market nuances.">
- Comfortable in a target-driven environment, with a history of consistently meeting and exceeding KPIs.">
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Market) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).">
- Analytical mindset with experience in using tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI.">
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.">
Compensation Package:
">The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 depending on qualifications and location.
