Business Development Representative

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at Progile Tech. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the IT staffing industry.
About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in appointment setting and lead generation, with a strong understanding of the IT staffing industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients to introduce our IT recruiting services.
- Qualify leads by understanding their hiring needs and interest in our offerings.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and scheduled appointments in our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and recruiting teams to ensure smooth transitions.
- 5-7 years of experience in B2B appointment setting.
- IT Staffing experience is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in B2B appointment setting, preferably in recruitment or IT services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Experience with HubSpot and ZoomInfo is a plus.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple leads and follow-ups.
