As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, presenting solutions, and closing sales deals.

What You'll Do

We offer creative branding, events, and IT solutions and consultancy to help organizations overcome industry challenges and effectively communicate their brand stories. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Sales and Revenue Growth
    • Pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship-building.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Client Engagement
    • Understand client needs and present tailored solutions to meet their goals.
    • Negotiate and close sales deals to drive revenue growth.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective communication.

As a successful Business Development Representative, you will have:

Salary: ₹ 8,50,000 - ₹ 12,00,000 per annum, based on experience and performance.
