Job Overview:

TrueFan, a pioneering AI-powered personalized video solutions company based in Gurugram, seeks an experienced Business Development Representative to spearhead its growth. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for generating leads, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service on a daily basis.

About the Role:

This is a full-time on-site position that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to excel in lead generation, customer relationship management, and sales pipeline development. Your primary goal will be to identify business opportunities, build lasting relationships with clients, and drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Bid on new business opportunities and pitch TrueFan's services to potential clients
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Cultivate referrals and word-of-mouth marketing through excellent customer service
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in inside sales, lead generation, and customer relationship management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive business objectives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving sales performance
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales pipeline management tools
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of Rs 8-12 lakhs per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
