Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Representative. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and a strong understanding of the education industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and networking.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to upsell and cross-sell services.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by converting leads into paying customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Proven track record of success in sales with a strong understanding of the education industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
