Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Representative. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and a strong understanding of the education industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and networking.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to upsell and cross-sell services.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by converting leads into paying customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high client satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Proven track record of success in sales with a strong understanding of the education industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Competitive salary: ₹8.5 Lacs - ₹10.5 Lacs per annum.
- Bonus structure: Up to 20% of annual salary.
