The Role

We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Representative to join our team As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving business growth by initiating outbound calls to potential customers. Your primary goal will be to effectively pitch our products or services, address customer concerns, and build strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients.

  • You will initiate calls to potential customers from provided lists or databases.
  • Pitching our products or services to prospects over the phone.
  • Describing the features, advantages, and benefits of our products or services to potential customers.
  • Addressing any concerns or objections that potential customers may have.
  • Entering and updating customer information and sales activities into a computer system or database.
Ideal Profile

We're looking for a highly motivated individual with at least one year of experience in a Telesales role, preferably within the Financial Services Industry. As a strong team player, you should be able to manage multiple stakeholders while enjoying finding creative solutions to problems. You should also be a strong networker and relationship builder.
