Job Role: Medical Sales Representative
Job Summary: As a Medical Sales Representative at Remediovet, you will play a critical role in driving business growth in assigned territory, maintaining effective customer relationships, mapping territory potential, and collaborating with area stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territory.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and expand our reach into new markets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase customer base and improve monthly sales.
- Ensure successful launch of new products and execute marketing campaigns from time to time for listed HCPs in prescribed territory.
- Achieve (and exceed) monthly sales target of your territory.
- Achieve daily call average for meetings with doctors and chemists and maintain DCR.
- Ensure on-time payment collection and maintenance of sales and stock data from stockists.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field, B.Pharma/B.Sc preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical sales with validated performance and track record.
- Presentable, good communication skills, positive attitude, decision maker, problem solver.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
