Key Account Management Role

Establish and build long-term relationships with key accounts to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement account plans to achieve sales targets
  • Act as a partner to resolve customer and system issues
  • Collaborate with matrix teams to improve customer support and satisfaction
  • Build strong communication with service and operations teams
  • Conduct regular reviews with key accounts to ensure timely supply coordination

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate degree in Science, MBA, or Management qualification
  • 8-10 years of experience in sales and key account management
  • In-depth knowledge of In vitro Healthcare workflows and Bio-Pharmaceuticals
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter with a passion for driving actions
  • Ability to implement account-specific strategic plans
  • Excellent convincing and influencing skills
