Sales Development Manager

Key Account Management Role
Establish and build long-term relationships with key accounts to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement account plans to achieve sales targets
- Act as a partner to resolve customer and system issues
- Collaborate with matrix teams to improve customer support and satisfaction
- Build strong communication with service and operations teams
- Conduct regular reviews with key accounts to ensure timely supply coordination
Requirements:
- Postgraduate degree in Science, MBA, or Management qualification
- 8-10 years of experience in sales and key account management
- In-depth knowledge of In vitro Healthcare workflows and Bio-Pharmaceuticals
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter with a passion for driving actions
- Ability to implement account-specific strategic plans
- Excellent convincing and influencing skills
