Job Title: Regional Sales Manager-Business Development

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager-Business Development to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead sales team members to achieve overall sales targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the private school sector
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and suggest improvements
  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports
  • Perform market research and identify new business opportunities

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12+ years of experience in software solution sales
  • Experience in selling and managing E-Governance and IT solution sales
  • B2B sales experience
  • Engineer or MBA degree
  • Experience in creating and managing channel sales
  • Strong communication and team management skills
  • Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
