Job Title: Regional Sales Manager-Business Development
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager-Business Development to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Lead sales team members to achieve overall sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the private school sector
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports
- Perform market research and identify new business opportunities
Requirements:
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in software solution sales
- Experience in selling and managing E-Governance and IT solution sales
- B2B sales experience
- Engineer or MBA degree
- Experience in creating and managing channel sales
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
