We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Development Manager to lead our Institutional Sales efforts in Chandigarh, covering Haryana and Punjab.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute business strategies to penetrate government hospitals, institutes, and bodies.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with purchase departments and decision-makers.
  3. Participate in tender processes to generate new business opportunities.
  4. Lead a team of Medical Representatives and Sales Executives in the region.
  5. Drive business development activities and achieve results.
  6. Travel extensively within the region (approx. 20-30% of the time).

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in institutional sales, preferably in medical devices.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Fluency in local language is a must.
  • Good computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office.
  • Analytical and communication skills.
