Business Development Associate Manager

Job Description:
As a Business Development Associate Manager at Ikarus 3D, you will play a key role in driving the company's growth in the European, North American, and Canadian markets. Your primary focus will be on developing strategic initiatives to drive business growth, leading a team, and expanding the company's market presence.
You will be responsible for analyzing international market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify potential business opportunities and propose innovative strategies for growth. Additionally, you will manage end-to-end sales processes, including prospecting, qualifying leads, developing proposals, demo calls, negotiating terms, and closing deals to ensure successful outcomes and client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
As a representative of the company, you will attend executive meetings, international conferences, and events to support the establishment of strategic partnerships and collaborations with key stakeholders. You will also contribute to achieving sales targets by developing and executing go-to-market strategies, managing client relationships, and supporting negotiations with international clients.
Furthermore, you will provide guidance and support to junior business development team members by sharing insights and providing guidance on expanding global reach through cold emailing and cold calling. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of international projects, aligning business development strategies with overall organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive business growth in the European, North American, and Canadian markets.
2. Analyze international market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify potential business opportunities and propose innovative strategies for growth.
3. Manage end-to-end sales processes, including prospecting, qualifying leads, developing proposals, demo calls, negotiating terms, and closing deals.

8. Cultivate new contacts to build a strong network in international markets, focusing on key regions to foster long-term partnerships and growth opportunities.
9. Work with existing sales technology tools and recommend new tools as needed to enhance business development processes.
10. Assist in monitoring and reporting KPIs related to international business development, providing insights and recommendations to senior management for continuous improvement.
Required Competencies and Experience:
1. Sales & Business Development: Proven experience in sales and business development within a B2B environment, particularly working with senior-level decision-makers.
2. Strategic Thinking: Strong creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical skills, with the ability to balance hands-on analysis and big-picture strategy.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent organizational, writing, and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver demo calls.
4. Project Management: Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to manage the team.
5. Interpersonal Skills: Dynamic, engaging, and diplomatic, with the ability to build strong relationships, navigate complex negotiations, and maintain discretion when needed.
