Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager is the primary interface between our company's customers and suppliers. This role is responsible for executing the suppliers' strategy, driving revenue growth, and enhancing customer satisfaction by fostering deep relationships with key stakeholders in the supplier organization and partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement supplier-specific initiatives to drive business growth.
- Engage with channel partners and vendors to build strong relationships and drive sales.
- Oversee the execution of credit management, order processing, and accounts receivable collections.
- Focus on operational excellence through pipeline management, forecasting, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with existing Business Development Managers to leverage market insights and develop new market opportunities.
- Work with channel partners to develop sales competencies and close deals through hands-on involvement and coaching.
- Coordinate with suppliers for partner technical and sales training on new products and technologies.
- 3-7 years of relevant work experience.
- Master's or postgraduate degree in sales or a related field (preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field (required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to execute instructions and request clarification when needed.
- Basic clerical and data entry skills.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.
- Fluency in English and a local language.
- Ability to create and conduct formal presentations.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under stress and pressure.
- Maintain confidentiality and social, ethical, and organizational standards.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Distribution center environment may include exposure to extreme temperatures, high noise levels, high places, wet and/or humid conditions, and outside weather conditions.
- Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.
- On-call availability required as necessary.
