The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and negotiating deals to generate revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize platforms like Upwork to attract and engage with potential clients.
  • Write persuasive proposals and bids to secure projects and contracts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and presentations.
  • Manage portfolios effectively to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and industry trends.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in sales and marketing. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
