Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at TekPillar. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a growth strategy that drives revenue and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives

Requirements

  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role
  • Graduation from any field
  • 2 years of experience in sales & marketing
  • Proven sales track record
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Market knowledge
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
