Field Sales Development Manager

As a Field Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing the human capital at True Value dealerships. Your key objectives will include ensuring the adequacy of manpower, training and development of dealership manpower, and ensuring productivity as per business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs for dealership manpower
- Ensure adequate manpower at True Value dealerships
- Monitor and improve HR practices at dealerships
- Design and implement reward and recognition schemes
Interactions:
- Territory Manager – Exchange Sales & New Car Sales
- Regional Manager – True Value & New Car
- Zonal Head – True Value
- Commercial Business Head – Arena & Nexa Channel
- Sales Training – H.O Team
- Members of other depts of True Value Div – SLP, SNP & NDE - TRV
- Regional Accountant & Zonal Accountant
Dimensions:
- Manpower recruited/on-boarded at True Value dealerships in a FY: 200-250 Nos
- Manpower certified at True Value dealerships in a FY: 150-200 Nos
- No of Trainings in a FY: 80-100 Programs
- No of Training Man-days in a FY: 3000+
Requirements:
- MBA/PGDM with BE/BTech/B.Sc.
- 5-8 Yrs (DM/MGR) work experience
