Sales Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Prospect for new Clients by networking and cold calling.
Identify potential Clients, and the decision makers within the Client organization.
Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the Company.
Coordinate meetings between Client decision makers and the Company's practice leaders/Principals.
Develop proposals that speak to the clients' needs, concerns, and objectives in collaboration with the team.
Participate in pricing the solution/service.
Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
Perform other Job duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements:
Field sales experience.
Must have a laptop and own vehicle.
Must be from Chandigarh or Ambala.
Male candidate preferred.
Age 25-31 years.
