Sales Business Development Manager

As a Sales Executive at Lenskart, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving sales targets.
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Set sales goals and develop sales strategies to achieve them.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Research and identify potential customers, and generate leads through various channels.
- Customer Engagement: Build relationships with existing and potential customers through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Quote and Proposal Management: Prepare and send quotes and proposals to customers.
- Sales Process Management: Utilize sales software to manage the sales process and track progress.
- CRM Database Management: Maintain a CRM database to track customer interactions and sales performance.
- Sales Performance Monitoring: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and participate in sales team meetings to discuss performance and strategies.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
