Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive at Lenskart, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving sales targets.

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Set sales goals and develop sales strategies to achieve them.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Research and identify potential customers, and generate leads through various channels.
  • Customer Engagement: Build relationships with existing and potential customers through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Quote and Proposal Management: Prepare and send quotes and proposals to customers.
  • Sales Process Management: Utilize sales software to manage the sales process and track progress.
  • CRM Database Management: Maintain a CRM database to track customer interactions and sales performance.
  • Sales Performance Monitoring: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and participate in sales team meetings to discuss performance and strategies.
