Customer Relationship Manager

As a Sales and Relationship Officer at DBS Bank, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and generating revenue through the sale of banking products.
Some of your key duties will include:
• Acquiring new current and savings accounts from the branch catchment area
• Quality sourcing of salary accounts from corporates
• Activating new accounts, linking them to UPI, and increasing wallet share of banking products, including insurance, mortgages, unit-linked insurance, and mutual funds
• Participating in corporate induction and migration events around the catchment area
• Building strong relationships with internal teams to leverage existing relationships with SMEs
• Conducting low-cost micro-marketing activities around the catchment area to generate leads
