Customer Relationship Management Executive

HireBloc is seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Management Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the customer relationship management (CRM) system and ensuring its efficient utilization to enhance sales operations.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate customer data and provide valuable insights for sales strategies and customer communication.
- Analyze customer data and behavior to identify trends and opportunities for sales improvement.
- Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards for performance tracking.
- Ensure data accuracy and cleanliness within the CRM system.
- Conduct regular audits of CRM data and processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Optimize CRM workflows and processes to improve user experience and sales productivity.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of CRM documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Participate in CRM system upgrades and enhancements.
- Generate insights and recommendations for sales strategies based on CRM data analysis.
- Contribute to the development of customer segmentation, targeting, and profiling.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate CRM with other business systems.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and technologies related to CRM and sales operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in CRM administration or a similar role.
- Demonstrated knowledge of CRM software and tools, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions within the CRM.
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Experience in training and supporting end-users in CRM systems.
- Understanding of customer relationship management best practices.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
- Knowledge of GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations.
- Understanding of marketing automation and its integration with CRM systems.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and tools.
