We are seeking an experienced CRM Project Lead to oversee the planning and execution of customer relationship management (CRM) projects within our organization. As a CRM Project Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving customer-centric initiatives and improving business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Assemble and lead a cross-functional project team, delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members, and motivate and manage the project team to achieve objectives.
  • Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document CRM system requirements, analyze existing CRM processes, identify areas for improvement, and align the CRM solution with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the CRM system meets quality standards and user requirements, conduct thorough testing and validation of the CRM solution, and implement CRM best practices and industry standards.
  • Change Management: Develop and implement a change management plan for end-user adoption, provide training and support to maximize CRM utilization, and generate regular progress reports for stakeholders.
  • Implementation Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of the CRM solution post-implementation, gather feedback from users to identify areas for improvement, and recommend ongoing enhancements and optimizations.
