At Square Yards, we seek a highly skilled Customer Relationship Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing customer relationships, building strong networks, and delivering excellent service.


The Property Management Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of supervisors to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients. This role requires exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and CRM expertise.


We are looking for a Real Estate Client Service Manager who can effectively manage customer relations, build a network of third-party contractors, and address maintenance issues. This role involves scheduling property inspections, maintaining databases, and collecting rent.

Compensation:


We offer a competitive CTC range of 3.5LPA - 5LPA with incentives based on performance.
