Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer data.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
• Develop and implement customer retention strategies to enhance loyalty.
• Oversee loyalty programs, promotions, and special offers to engage clients.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to execute targeted campaigns.
• Track and analyze customer behavior, feedback, and purchase patterns to identify improvement areas.
• Create and manage personalized communication via email, SMS, and social media to strengthen relationships.
• Generate and share reports on customer metrics and CRM performance with management.

Requirements:

• Experience in CRM, customer service, or sales, preferably in the jewelry industry.
• Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
