Customer Relationship Management Strategist

**Role Overview**
At PeoplesHR, we seek an experienced CRM Specialist to lead our customer relationship management initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM and analytical systems, with a proven track record of driving retention campaigns and expanding brand value.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute CRM strategies to retain existing customers, drive new business, and increase brand loyalty
- Collaborate with IT to define and implement CRM infrastructure
- Plan, execute, and assess the performance of individual CRM program strategies
- Own the responsibility for retention campaigns, from conceptualization to analysis
- Troubleshoot software or user errors that inhibit the efficiency of customer interactions
- Lead skills and qualifications: Proven work experience in CRM, technical expertise in CRM and analytical systems, knowledge of online marketing methods, and strong mathematical skills
- Requirements
- Bachelors degree in an analytical field
- Organizational skills to juggle competing demands between marketing, sales, customers, and management
- Commercial awareness to understand target markets and design campaigns accordingly
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented attitude
