Job Overview:


We are seeking an experienced Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and providing exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Team Handling experience: Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
  • Escalation and Process Management: Handle escalations and establish process flows for the team to follow, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Utilize Excel and PPT skills to create reports and analyze key business indicators, presenting findings to management.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to expand their engagement with our services.
  • Communication: Manage customer communication, both written and oral, to ensure a positive experience with our company's services.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve customer issues within the agreed timeframe, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Service Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, managers, and senior managers, to address customer needs and develop strategies to meet their expectations.
  • Customer Base Expansion: Guide team members to upsell and cross-sell services, driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Requirements:


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and create actionable insights.
  • Proven track record of delivering results and meeting targets.
  • Graduate or postgraduate degree from a renowned university.
