Customer Success Strategist

As a CUSTOMER SUCCESS STRATEGIST, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through existing accounts while exploring new opportunities within the logistics and supply chain digitization space.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Develop a profound understanding of Elixia Tech's products and solutions in logistics and supply chain digitization.
• Foster strong relationships with customers to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for additional solutions and services.
• Analyze customer segments and target markets to identify new sources of revenue through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
**Requirements:**
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit with a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Prior experience in sales, business development, or customer success within the logistics/supply chain industry is highly preferred.
• Comprehensive domain knowledge of logistics, transportation, and supply chain management is essential.
