Customer Success Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Strategist to join our team at Powerweave Software Services. As a key member of our customer success team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the long-term success of our customers by delivering exceptional service, identifying new opportunities, and driving growth.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in customer-facing roles, with expertise in relationship building, account management, and data analysis. A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is required, along with 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or similar roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a secondary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to promote long-term partnerships
- Monitor customer health and engagement metrics to identify potential risks or opportunities
- Guide customers through product features and functionality
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
