Customer Success Regional SPOC Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Customer Success Regional SPOC. This role involves serving as the primary contact for educational institutions within your region, ensuring seamless onboarding and strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and oversee the onboarding process between institutes and our platform.
  • Provide comprehensive training to institute management, staff, and students, covering product use and procedures.
  • Maintain regular communication and ensure timely updates and reviews with our teams and partner institutes.
  • Coordinate task completion outlined in the Institute Track Checklist, including monthly institute visits.
  • Pursue business growth through lead traction, conversions, and partnerships with local vendors and banks.
Required Skills:
  • Excellent communication and training skills, particularly with senior management at top educational institutions.
  • Able to present and secure buy-in for products from various teams and staff.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for meetings and on-site responsibilities.

We estimate the salary for this position to be ₹24 LPA fixed, based on industry standards and location considerations. Discoveries Quintessential offers competitive compensation and benefits packages to its employees.
