We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the planning and execution of customer relationship management (CRM) projects within our organization. As a CRM specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving customer-centric initiatives and improving business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership:
    • Assemble and lead a cross-functional project team
    • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members
    • Motivate and manage the project team to achieve objectives
  • Requirements Analysis:
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document CRM system requirements
    • Analyze existing CRM processes and identify areas for improvement
    • Align the CRM solution with organizational goals and objectives
    • Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure the CRM system meets quality standards and user requirements
    • Conduct thorough testing and validation of the CRM solution
    • Implement CRM best practices and industry standards
  • Change Management:
    • Develop and implement a change management plan for end-user adoption
    • Provide training and support to maximize CRM utilization
  • Reporting and Documentation:
    • Generate regular progress reports for stakeholders
    • Maintain comprehensive project documentation (plans, requirements, change logs)
  • Implementation Evaluation:
    • Assess the effectiveness of the CRM solution post-implementation
    • Gather feedback from users to identify areas for improvement
    • Recommend ongoing enhancements and optimizations

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a CRM Project Manager or in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and implementation
  • Project management certification (e.g. PMP) is a plus
  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
  • Knowledge of CRM best practices and industry trends
