Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Relationship Manager to join our team at OppenheimerFunds Distributor, Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our distributors, driving sales growth, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow distributor relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors or customers.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of the asset management industry and its products.
